Composition

1 g of Premix for medicated feed contains:

Active substance:

Diclazuril 5 mg

Excipients:

Paraffin light liquid, Soy flour.

Target species

Broiler, layer replacements (chicken up to 16 week of age), fattening turkeys (up to 12 week of age), rabbits.

Indications for use, specifying the target species

Treatment and prevention of chicken coccidiosis caused with: Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E.maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix, E. tenella.

Treatment and prevention of turkey coccidiosis caused with: Eimeria adenoides, E. gallapavonis, E. meleagridis.

Treatment and prevention of rabbits coccidiosis caused: Eimeria irresidua, E. media, E. flavescens, E. intestinalis, E. perforans, E. piriformis, E. stiedai, E. magna.

Contraindications

Do not administer to commercial laying hens.

Special precautions for use in animals

Do not administer to replacement layer chicken older than 16 weeks and to fattening turkeys older than 12 weeks.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

Do no mix with other coccidiostats.

Amounts to be administered and administration route

This VMP is administered mixed in feed at concentration of 1ppm.

Therapeutic use: Feed preparation for chickens, turkeys and rabbits: 200 g of VMP Diclacox should be mixed in 1 t of complete feed mixture. In order to provide homogenous mixture, measured amount of VMP is to be previously mixed with smaller portion of feed and than continue with mixing. Period of administration for treatment: during 3 days.

Preventative use: 200 g of VMP Diclacox should be mixed in 1 t of complete feed mixture. In order to provide homogenous mixture, measured amount of VMP is to be previously mixed with smaller portion of feed and than continue with mixing. Medicated feed is administered to broilers, layer replacement chicken and fattening turkeys from first day of life until the end of fattening cycle (broilers), 16th week of age (replacement layer chicken) and 12th week of age (fattening turkeys).
