Each dose of the reconstituted vaccine contains:

Live attenuated avian infectious bronchitis virus, strain H120,

4. Indications for use
Active immunization of chickens, starting from 1 day of age, against avian infectious bronchitis.
Future laying hens and breeding birds require revaccination with an inactivated vaccine to ensure protection throughout the entire egg-laying period.
Immunity onset: 3 weeks after vaccination
Duration of immunity:
7 weeks after initial vaccination
5 weeks after booster vaccination

None.
6. Adverse Reactions
Vaccination can often cause temporary respiratory symptoms (mild bronchial wheezing) lasting up to 2 weeks without other clinical signs.
The frequency of adverse reactions is defined as follows:
Very common – more than 1 in 10 animals
Common – 1 to 10 in 100 animals
Uncommon – 1 to 10 in 1,000 animals
Rare – 1 to 10 in 10,000 animals
Very rare – less than 1 in 10,000 animals, including isolated reports

8. Dosage, Routes of Administration, and Method of Administration
Broilers:
First vaccination: from the first day of life
Revaccination (if necessary): 3 weeks after the first vaccination
Breeding chickens and future layers:
First vaccination: from the first day of life
First booster: after 4 weeks
Second booster: starting at 8 weeks of age
To ensure protection during the egg-laying period, a booster is required at 18 weeks with an inactivated vaccine from the GALLIMUNE line, containing an infectious bronchitis component.
Directions for use:
Dissolve the vaccine in drinking water without traces of antiseptic and/or disinfectant substances.
Use the solution only after the tablet has completely dissolved. A fine foam may form on the surface.
Individual vaccination:
Ocular: 1 tablet (1000 doses) dissolved in 50 ml of drinking water
Nasal (day-old chicks only): 1 tablet (1000 doses) dissolved in 250 ml of water; immerse the beak up to the nostrils
Mass vaccination:
Oral (with drinking water): The solution should be consumed within 2 hours
Aerosol (respiratory): 1 tablet (1000 doses) in 250 ml of water; spray with a fine mist

Use only clean materials free of antiseptics and disinfectants when preparing and administering the vaccine.

Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a refrigerator at 2–8°C.
Protect from light.

Shelf life after dissolution: 2 hours.
12. Special Warnings
Vaccinate only clinically healthy birds.

Do not administer other live vaccines 14 days before or after vaccination with this product.

Do not dispose of with household waste or flush into wastewater.
