Indications for use:

CARDIO paste is specially designed to maintain the structure and normal functioning of the heart muscle in dogs and cats and plays an important role in cardiovascular health.

  • L-carnitine: 95% of the total L-carnitine in the body is found in the myocardium. L-carnitine can prevent the accumulation of fatty acids in myocardial cells and helps produce the energy needed for the heart muscle to function.
  • L-Taurine has an important role in myocardial metabolism by regulating the level of calcium ions and the osmotic potential, neutralizing free radicals.
  • Coenzyme Q10 is a natural antioxidant in the mitochondria, it plays an important role in the production of energy in the body. A large amount of energy and a large amount of free radicals are produced in the mitochondria of the myocardium.
  • Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that prevents excessive contractions of the endothelial cells of the heart muscle. In addition, Vitamin E reduces the adhesion and aggregation of platelets in the coronary arteries and facilitates blood circulation in them and nutrition of the heart muscle.
  • Folic acid is essential in the normal functioning of metabolic processes such as DNA synthesis and red blood cell production. Magnesium supports normal muscle function, helping to keep dogs and cats healthy.
  • Potassium is needed for nerve impulses and voluntary and involuntary muscle contraction. Potassium also helps maintain the heart's rhythm.
  • Selenium is an essential component of glutathione peroxidase, an enzyme involved in antioxidant mechanisms, and its function is highly dependent on vitamin E.
