STATEMENT OF THE ACTIVE SUBSTANCE (S) AND OTHER INGREDIENTS
1 g of oral powder contains:
Active substance:
Sulfamethoxazole
100 mg
Trimethoprim
20 mg
Excipients:
Sucrose
880 mg
INDICATIONS
Treatment and prevention of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to
sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim, infections of the respiratory tract, urogenital and
gastrointestinal infection in ruminnats, pigs, rabbits and poultry.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It should not be given to animals with known hypersensitivity to sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim. It is not given to animals with impaired liver and kidney function.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Only occasionally, treated animals may develop nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and hypersensitivity reactions. If you notice a serious or any other side effect not listed here, tell your veterinarian.

Ruminnats, pigs, rabbits and poultry.
DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTES AND METHOD OF ADMINSITRATION
The recommended therapeutic oral dose of sulfamethoxazole is 50 mg / kg body weight and is administered at an interval of 12 hours. Daily p.o. the dose of trimethoprim is 10 mg / kg bw.
The preparation is administered to the indicated animals orally mixed with food or dissolved in drinking water in the next dose (see table below).

The drug in the recommended dose (depending on the severity of the infection) should
be given to the animals once or twice a day at an interval of 12 hours (morning and
evening).

ADVICE ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION

The medicine should be mixed with a small amount of food or dissolved in a smaller amount of water, and then mixed with the total amount of food or water. It is advisable to deprive the animals of water for a few hours before applying the medicine.

- rumminats 14 days.
